Global Tone Communication Technology (Shaanxi) Co., Ltd. is established as a joint venture by Global Tone Communication Technology Co., Ltd. and Qinhan New City Development and Construction LLC of Xixian New Area, serving as the operating organization of Shaanxi Belt and Road language service and big data platform. In June 2016, the Belt and Road Language Service and Big Data Platform in Shaanxi Province was built under the cooperation of Global Tone Communication Technology Co., Ltd., the Foreign Affairs Office of Shaanxi Provincial People’s Government, Xi’an International Studies University, and the Administrative Committee of Qinhan New City of Xixian New Area. It is of great significance for monitoring public opinions in major languages, obtaining country information, and promoting foreign exchanges and internationalization. In July 2017, the Global Call Center under the Platform was put into operation.In July 2018, it has been included into China's Service and Trade Innovation-driven Development Pilot Project for nationwide generalization.
