GTCOM signs with State Power Investment Corporation, and JoveEye Technology Big Data expands its commercial presence

GTCOM, based on the JoveEye Technology Big-Data Platform, officially signed a contract for the procurement of intellectual property patent information retrieval database software with the State Power Investment Corporation Limited (SPIC) on December 28, 2018.

SPIC, a central enterprise supervised by the State-Owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, was established in June 2015 through the merger of the former China Power Investment Corporation and the State Nuclear Power Technology Corporation. It's a comprehensive energy company with integrated development centered on electricity. Moreover, it's one of the five power-generation groups in China and one of the country's three nuclear-power development and construction operators.

Unique technologies of JoveEye Technology Big-Data Platform

In the previous bidding process, GTCOM's business team introduced the functions of JoveEye to the bid evaluation experts at the bidding site. Among them, the retrieval matrix is the industry's first multidimensional search method designed and repackaged according to the retrieval habits and requirements of different groups of users. It can meet the needs of scientific research technicians and intellectual property professionals. The technological map is used to extract the full text based on semantic algorithm and cluster the overall distribution of technologies cited by multiple patents according to semantic relevance so that researchers can quickly find technological gaps and guide their corresponding research and development. The enterprise-level machine-translation engine embedded in the patent field adopts the world-leading neural network technology to directly translate patent documents online. When using the engine, one can simply click the Translate button to translate the selected patent content. This helps researchers increase identification and improve reading efficiency. Moreover, the product features the industry-leading semantic search whereby a word, a natural sentence, a paragraph, an entire article or a patent number can be entered directly to search relevant content arranged in the hierarchy of relevance.
